Universal Maintenance Oil revitalizes dull or worn wood surfaces by increasing sheen and restoring color depth. It is ideal for ongoing maintenance of Rubio Monocoat–finished floors and can also convert other oil-finished floors to the Rubio Monocoat maintenance system. After application, all future maintenance should be performed using Universal Maintenance Oil to preserve the enhanced velvet appearance and nourishment it provides.
