WAKOL D 3004 Primer Concentrate – Dispersion-Based Primer

Product Information:
Fast-drying and dust-binding, this polymer dispersion improves bonding properties and penetrates surfaces effectively. Apply with a Loba Micro 120 Roller or an exploded tip push broom. Coverage varies from approx. 350–500 sq.ft./gal for undiluted use to 800–1,000 sq.ft./gal when diluted. Curing time depends on substrate type: cement screeds/concrete – visible drying; porous substrates – 10–20 min (1:2 ratio); cast asphalt, tiles, terrazzo, adhesive residues – ≥60 min; calcium sulfate concrete, magnesite screed, wood, gypsum fiber boards – 2 hours. Shelf life is 12 months in unopened container.
