WAKOL D 3540 is a solvent-free, water-based contact adhesive for interior installation of cork tiles on porous and non-porous subfloors, as well as permanently adhered clean existing floor coverings.

This adhesive offers extra-long working time, high initial strength, and allows immediate foot traffic after installation. Can be applied with a Loba Micro 120 Roller. When installing pre-coated tiles, working time is reduced to 1–1.5 hours. Open time is approx. 30–45 minutes depending on substrate absorbency and climate. Coverage is approx. 180 sq.ft. per gallon when applying to both tile and floor. EMICODE EC1 PLUS certified. Shelf life is 12 months in unopened containers at 70°F / 21°C.
