LOBA Viva is a 1-component water-based finish for hardwood flooring.

Suitable for wood flooring in normal to heavy traffic residential and light commercial applications. Viva is an excellent choice for new construction and renovation projects thanks to its powerful resistance to plasticizer migration from wood flooring adhesives.

The finish offers excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, is easy to use without foaming or lap marks, and is fully cured after 5 days. Viva is non-yellowing, low in emissions, and has been awarded the EMICODE® EC1 label.
