The tool’s articulated, dual-action adjustable base adapts instantly to various flooring thicknesses, from 5/8″ to 7/8″ (16–22 mm). The cam-operated base plate adjuster ensures precise fastener penetration into the nail pocket, protecting prefinished surfaces and providing consistent results. Its compact base allows for tighter racking gaps, while the short nose and valve design enable close-end wall installations.

The 250AS is the only tool offering a standard 138-staple (3 strips of 46) channel magazine, with optional LoadXtend 230-staple capacity for larger projects. Constructed with a heavy-duty cast aluminum body and wood-friendly composite shoe, the stapler offers durability, stability, and unmatched ergonomics.
